Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your full name, work email, company, and optionally fleet size, number of sites, primary use case, and the message you write. That is the whole form.

Information our customers put into the platform. Parq.ai holds vehicle and operational records: VINs, locations, gate events, timers, condition photos, and the names of the staff and carriers who sign off on each step. Where those records identify a person, ParkMyFleet acts as a processor on the customer's instruction. See the Data Processing Addendum.

Information collected automatically. Server logs record IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamps, retained for security and diagnostics. This site runs no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

Demo request details are used to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about Parq.ai. We do not add you to unrelated marketing sequences. Platform data is used to deliver the service to the customer that owns it, to provide support, and to keep the system secure and available.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (hosting, email, and support tooling), with a customer's own carriers, vendors, and clients where the customer has granted them access to the shared record, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for as long as we have an active interest in following up, and we delete them on request. Customer platform data is retained for the term of the agreement and, after termination, for a commercially reasonable period to allow export before deletion. Server logs age out on a routine schedule.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption, role-based access control, single sign-on, and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not represent that ours is. Specific security commitments, where a customer needs them, are set out in that customer’s agreement.

7. Your rights

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws - California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect - may request access to the personal information we hold, a copy of it, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion, and may appeal a refusal. California residents may additionally request the categories of information collected and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to, and may opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising - which is moot here, because we do neither.

To exercise any right, email info@parkmyfleet.com. We verify the request against information we already hold, respond within the time your state law allows, and will not discriminate against you or degrade your service for asking. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission.

If you are an end user whose data sits in a customer's Parq.ai account, direct your request to that customer; we will assist them in responding.

8. United States only

ParkMyFleet is a United States company. The platform is offered to US-based fleet operators, and all personal information is stored and processed in the United States. We do not offer the service in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not target or knowingly collect personal information from residents of those regions.

9. Children

Parq.ai is a business product. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes affecting customers, give notice through the platform or by email.
